Welcome to Wild Rose Forest Therapy
Hello and welcome! My name is Rosie McLoughlin, founder of Wild Rose Forest Therapy. I'm a certified Forest Bathing Guide and Applied Psychologist with 12 years of working in mental health.
Forest Bathing is a slow and mindful treat for our senses in a beautiful natural space. A chance to soothe, restore and connect deeply to nature. This practice is permission to get away from the hectic buzz of daily life and notice the small moments of wonder that often pass us by.
Join me on this carefully crafted experience, where you will learn creative nature connection invitations and share with others. There will be creative nature connection invitations, a chance to share together in a circle and a tea ceremony to end.
This is a wonderful wellbeing practice and a great opportunity to make time for self-care, or as a thoughtful gift for someone special.
